"And what," you ask, "is the Cervantino Festival?"  As usual I will keep it short and give you  a link...so here it is. Guanajuato (GTO for short) is a very attractive, hilly, European flavored city. It is built on a system of underground tunnels. I'm going with MC and Irene, two good friends, and we will be staying at the top of town and taking a cable car down to the center. Basically the festival is a cultural feast of contemporary visual and performing arts.

This will be a busy time for me. After I return on Saturday, I go right into the Santa Fe Photography Workshop, Black and White Contemporary Portraits for a week. After that we slide right into the Day of the Dead festivities.As you can see living here and living this life doesn't even give one a chance to grow old.
